    Meet the Trainers

    Steve Barrett

With 22 years experience at the top of the fitness industry this guys has been there done that and got the T-Shirt. Steve gained the title of Reebok Global Master Trainer and joined an elite team that travelled the world researching, developing and teaching fitness. His travels to over 30 countries has given him a truly international insight to the world of health and fitness not to mention the cultural attitudes towards exercise.

With experience comes confidence and having taught a workout to 26,000 people on Las Vegas strip this guy is pretty confident so along with the fact he has had a string of celebrity clients (yawn) Steve is a very special Trainer and consultant to some of the biggest brands in the world. Backed by all this knowledge and experience Steve developed the Feelfit Points system to take the confusion out of fitness and so everybody could understand and enjoy how much exercise each week was right for them.

Steve's attitude to fitness is summed up in his personal mantra "If you're moving you're improving'

    Carroll Crooke

When Carrol walks into a room she brings with her an air of calm and relaxation. Anyone who tells you they have been teaching Pilates since it began is probably lieing because it has been around for 90 years but Carroll can claim to have been one of the first to have adopted the method when it became the celebrity must have workout 10 years ago.

A mine of information Carroll is exactly what we look for in our Feelfit presenters - she is a fun teacher of teachers and lectures nationally at the biggest and best fitness events which means you add up all the Pilates 100's she has done over the years she will have hit the millionaire mark.

    Julie Hole

Ah we have know Julie for years - she's know for her body and her brain in the fitness industry and a little know fact about her is that she has played a masked superhero at Disney Land USA! More recently she has been the star of many of the fitness games available for the Nintendo Wii.

She is a mean Personal Trainer who takes no messing and remembers things that clients write about her on Facebook and takes it out on them next session. But why do we love Julie so much here at Feellfit? Well, it's because she said yes when we asked if she would be whiling to create some unique Feelfit workouts, when many women would just want to kick back and eat chocolate Julie jumped in front of the camera at 5 months and 8 months PREGNANT to put her specialist knowledge of pre and post natal exercise into good use.

    Jackie Diss

Jackie is one of the most highly qualified trainers in the business, when she isn't presenting her own courses she has her head buried in a book learning new stuff. Miss Diss is one of the few fitness presenters who manages to be able to lecture at the highest level but also keep her feet on the ground teaching 10 classes a week to good old Jo public. She's a smart girl because for her first DVD she managed to negotiate a week on the beach by calling it the Beach Bum Workout.

As well as being a Gym Bunny she presents throughout Europe on the International Fitness Circuit and has even travelled as far a field as China to teach her speciality Studio Cycle Workouts - how good is she at that? Well put it this way she has just been chosen to teach in the Livestrong Team! We love this girl here at Feelfit because she is a girls girl who knows how to hit the right balance between a healthy lifestyle and having fun.

    Jo Dandridge

The first thing you get to know about Jo is she has the longest legs on Feelfit, the second is that she is so STRONG! She really is an inspiration when it comes to what can be achieved by a busy mum - yes that's right, Jo has two children so next time you are think that there is no hope for your Abs post children think of Jo. What we like about Jo is that she is straight to the point and doesn't have to say a word to get her point across she just gives you one of her 'looks' - so no biscuits in the Feelfit studio when Jo is around.

So how did she get so strong I hear you asking? Well a combination of weight training and err Pole Dancing, Jo is one of the premier Pole dancing instructors around, in fact she is so good that she is now a judge on the international Pole Dancing competition circuit. We already have her teaching weight Training on Feelfit so surly it won't be long until we get her to give us a demo of her one arm pull ups!!
